Marco A. Oliva Gutiérrez

Geophysical Engineer graduated from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, holding a Master's degree in Applied Geophysics from the Center for Scientific Research and Higher Education of Ensenada. With over six years of practical experience, I have actively contributed to geophysical data acquisition and processing. My professional background includes engagement in diverse projects within both public and private sectors, with a primary focus on risk mitigation and civil engineering.

I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at University of Barcelona, focusing in the field of numerical methods and scientific computing. My research is centered on geothermal reservoir and its characterization by coupling geophysical models and multiphysics simulations based on the finite element method.
